A 35-year-old pregnant patient presented with urgency, diysuria ,and pollakiuria for last three months. Ultrasonography revealed that there is an intrauterine contraceptive device (IUCD) and a calculus attached on it in her bladder. She had an IUCD insertion 5 years ago. She treated with proper antibiotics for urinary tract infections until giving birth. After giving birth a cystoscopy performed and IUCD removed from bladder with stone.
