After the Covid-19 pandemic, the hospitality industry suffered significant human resource losses, and the issue of maintaining human resources to recover and develop became a challenge for these organizations. Mobbing and organizational cynicism have received much attention recently due to their adverse effects but have not received much attention in Vietnam. This study was conducted with a sample of 400 workers working in the hospitality sector in three cities in Vietnam. The hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study revealed that mobbing causes many negative consequences, most of which are employee turnover intention. In addition, organizational cynicism has a similar effect and exhibits mediating roles that strengthen the undesirable elements of the organizations. Since then, this study not only contributes to the theoretical framework but also proposes some management implications, which are that organizations should have solutions to limit mobbing at work and reduce organizational cynicism.
