This article presents the results of investigation the mechanisms of interaction between fragment of bacterial cell wall and silicon surface via quantum-mechanical methods. The main attention given to the interaction mechanisms oxygen-silicon and oxygen-hydrogen-silicon, where oxygen belongs to biomolecule and silicon and hydrogen belongs to silicon substrate.
