Pendampingan Produksi dan Branding UMKM Opak Singkong di Krajan Ngrayun
Abstract
Konsep pendampingan produksi dan branding bermanfaat untuk menambah edukasi berbisnis dan menambah pendapatan masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Masyarakat pedesaan di daerah Dusun Krajan, Desa Ngrayun, Kabupaten Ponorogo mempunyai tiga potensi yaitu sumber daya alam (tanaman singkong), sumber daya manusia (ibu-ibu), dan sumber daya modal. Dari sumber daya alam khususnya tanaman singkong peneliti mendorong ibu-ibu untuk memanfaatkan sebagai penambah bahan konsumsi dan untuk menambah pendapatan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) peneliti melakukan langkah seperti inkulturasi, discovery, design, define and reflection. Kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menambah edukasi berbisnis untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dilakukan dengan melakukan pendampingan proses produksi dengan baik dan menggunakan branding sebagai pendorong marketing di lingkungan masyarakat. Dengan adanya kegiatan KPM-DDR ini Setelah dilakukan pendampingan produksi dan branding didapatkan semakin banyak mitra-mitra khususnya UMKM “Bu Antin” bergabung dan peneliti melihat opak singkong “Bu Antin” laris di sekitar pasar Desa Ngrayun dan juga dari iklan di social media dari “Bu Antin” pribadi. Adapun harapan dari peneliti yaitu dapat menambah pendapatan dalam masyarakat sekitar sekaligus meningkatkan pendapatan perkapita melalui UMKM. Rural communities in the Krajan Hamlet, Ngrayun Village, Ponorogo Regency have three potentials, namely natural resources (cassava plants), human resources (mothers), and capital resources. From natural resources, especially cassava plants, researchers encourage mothers to use them as an addition to consumption materials and to increase income. By using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach, researchers take steps such as inculturation, discovery, design, define and reflection. Activities carried out to increase business education to increase people's income are carried out by assisting the production process properly and using branding as a marketing driver in the community. With this KPM-DDR activity, after providing production and branding assistance, more partners, especially Micro Small and Medium Enterprises "Bu Antin" joined, and researchers saw that "Bu Antin" cassava opaque was selling well around the Ngrayun Village market and also from advertisements on social media from " Mrs. Antin” private. The hope of the researcher is that it can increase income in the surrounding community while increasing per capita income through Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.
