Understanding the differences in what passengers enjoy in public transport and the factors that shape these preferences among consumers is of paramount importance in determining which innovations are most preferable and for which segments of the population. It is necessary to use such forms of passenger service that will allow you to change the lifestyle of citizens and make public transport a preferred mode of movement.
