Conclusion: The study highlights significant gender differences in the presentation and severity of pemphigus, underscoring the importance of gender-specific approaches in the diagnosis and management of this condition. The findings contribute valuable insights into the complex nature of pemphigus and underline the necessity for further research to understand the underlying mechanisms driving these differences.
