Morphological features of the periodontal status and their changes under the influence of modern sealers
Abstract
Important role in solving the problem of the clinical efficacy and biocompatibility widespread today in dental practice takes endogermetikov choice of material. Scientifically proven that there is a direct connection between the choice of filling sealer and a favorable prognosis after endodontic treatment. In this study we examined the relationship common to date of filling materials for obturation of root canals and their impact on periodontal tissue . The experiment was conducted on 60 white rats - males , who were divided into four groups depending on the material that obturated root canals . The data obtained show the objective picture of the impact on the efficiency properties sealers endodontic treatment
