Sectoral structure of gross regional product as factor of economic development of regions

Abstract

The article discusses issues of essence, structural elements, measurement and use of potential of development of regional economies, explores trends and regularities of socio-economic condition and development of regions of Siberian Federal District. Potential factors are studied, methodological approaches are developed and implemented to assess the levels of development potential of the studied subjects of the federation, the effectiveness of their functioning and the dominators of further development. The sectoral structure of gross regional product and natural resource potential is investigated, the group of regions of the Siberian Federal District according to the potential of their development is carried out, economic return of each of the elements of development potential included in the multi-factor model of the studied regions is revealed
