वर्तमान शिक्षा समस्याओं के संदर्भ में स्वामी विवेकानंद का शिक्षा दर्शन

Abstract

भारतीय दृष्टिकोण में शिक्षा आंतरिक प्रतिभा, ज्ञान एवं मूल्यों के वर्द्धन करने का श्रेष्ठ माध्यम है। यहाँ शिक्षा ही व्यक्ति एवं समाज को ऊँचा उठाने वाले जीवन मूल्यों को अर्थ प्रदान करती है। आदि काल से भारतीय शिक्षा में मूल्यों-आदर्शों के रूप में केन्द्रीय तत्व अध्यात्म रहा है। यहाँ की शिक्षा पद्धतियों में आध्यात्मिक प्रवृत्तियाँ सदैव विद्यमान रही हैं और शिक्षा में आध्यात्मिक जीवन मूल्यों को सर्वोपरि महत्त्व दिया गया है। स्वामी विवेकानंद आधुनिक शिक्षा व्यवस्था में भी ऐसे ही आध्यात्मिक जीवन मूल्यों का समर्थन करते हैं। इसके विपरीत वर्तमान शिक्षा पद्धति में जो ज्ञान दिया जाता है, वह प्रधानतया बौद्धिक धरातल तक ही सीमित है। यह पद्धति जीवन को सर्वांगपूर्ण विकास की ओर उन्मुख बनाने वाली शिक्षा की आवश्यकता को पूरा करने में असमर्थ दिखाई देती है। आज मूल्यहीनता, अनुशासनहीनता, बेरोज़गारी, एकांगीपन और व्यावसायिकता की प्रवृत्ति भारतीय शिक्षा के लिए गंभीर समस्याएँ बनकर सामने खड़ी है। इन समस्याओं का कारण विद्यार्थियों में जिज्ञासा की कमी अथवा अनुशासनहीनता ही कारक नहीं है अपितु शिक्षा का निम्न स्तर, अनावश्यक बोझ बढ़ाने वाले पाठ्यक्रम, दोष पूर्ण पाठ्यक्रम तथा समुचित निर्देशन व मार्गदर्शन का अभाव भी बड़े कारण है, जिसके कारण वर्तमान शिक्षा में अनेक विसंगतियाँ उत्पन्न हो गई हैं। वर्तमान की शिक्षा समस्याओं के संदर्भ में स्वामी विवेकानंद के शिक्षा दर्शन से सार्थक समाधान निकल कर सामने आते हैं। उनके चिन्तन में शिक्षा के सनातन मूल्य एवं व्यावहारिक आदर्श मौजूद है। इस तरह स्वामी जी के शिक्षा दर्शन एवं शिक्षण प्रक्रियाओं में शिक्षा जगत् की वर्तमान समस्याओं का समग्र समाधान प्राप्त होता है। Education is the best medium to enhance inner talent, wisdom and values according to the Indian viewpoint . Spiritual trends have always existed in the education systems here and spiritual life values ​​have been given exceptional importance in education. Swami Vivekananda also supports similar spiritual life values ​​in the modern education system. In contrast, the knowledge imparted in the current education system is primarily confined to the intellectual plane. This method seems unable to meet the need for education oriented towards holistic development of life. Today, the trend of lacking values, indiscipline, unemployment, nuclearism and professionalism has become serious problems for Indian education. The reason for these problems is not only the lack of curiosity or indiscipline in the students, but also the low level of education, unnecessary burden-increasing curriculum, faulty curriculum and lack of proper instruction and guidance are also major reasons, due to which many discrepancies in current education arise. In the context of education problems of the present time, meaningful solutions emerge from Swami Vivekananda's education philosophy. The eternal values ​​and practical ideals of education are present in his thoughts. In this way, the overall solution to the current problems of the education world is obtained in Swami Ji's education philosophy and teaching processes.
