Abstract

The first objective this text will present the different conceptions of the concept access to justice, whose meaning changes depending the context in which is interpreted. Continuous act, will be demonstrated how the profound structural changes in the process have made it necessary to devise instruments capable of alleviating the deep crisis in which the judicial system has plunged. In addition, the role of New Code of Civil Procedure on improvement of access to justice as well as point out whitch of its devices symbolize the creation a field conducive to development a truly democratic process.
