Prendre en compte les élèves à risque de décrochage scolaire au sein du cours disciplinaire : une prise de risque pour les enseignants
Abstract
In a context of massification of education and increasingly difficult access to the labor market for the early school leavers, dropout prevention is a priority for educational systems. In France, institutional prescription emphasizes the retention of at-risk students within the regular school curriculum. As part of a study with developmental aim, we try to analyze how the presence of at-risk students in the disciplinary class impacts teachers’ working activity, including increasing the unpredictability of class situations In conclusion, avenues for teachers’ education are outlined in order to assist teachers in taking into account these new challenges.
