Primary health care is a health service produced by health institutions where people apply for a variety of reasons, where a large part of the society is treated and referred to the second and third levels when it's necessary and where preventive medicine practice is provided. Family physicians, who are located in the closest and most accessible position to the society, make the diagnoses related to different medical branches after the necessary examinations. Nausea and vomiting in patients presenting with undifferentiated symptoms in primary care, may accompany central nervous system, vestibular system, gastrointestinal system or psychological diseases. This case is presented to emphasize the importance of nausea and vomiting in primary care and that many systemic diseases should be considered in differential diagnosis.
