External application with Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions and nursing of 32 patients with chronic wounds (自拟中药方剂外敷治疗慢性伤口32例效果观察及护理体会)
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of external application with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of chronic wounds, and summarize related nursing measures. Methods A total of 32 patients with chronic wounds were recruited as research objects. Most of the patients were complicated with underlying diseases such as diabetes mellitus and hypoproteinemia, and the main types of wounds were stage IV and unstageable pressure injuries According to the characteristics of the patients, the wound surface was externally applied with Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions to promote the generation of granulation tissue and wound healing. Additionally, high-quality nursing interventions including comprehensive physical assessment, nutritional support, health education, and professional wound care were carried out. The wound healing condition was measured before and after treatment. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the coverage rate of granulation tissue on the wound surface increased from(30. 51±5. 45)% to(82. 24±3. 20)%, and the average wound area decreased from(10. 00±2. 23)cm2 to(7. 00±2. 25) cm2. After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate reached 96. 87% (14 cases were cured and 17 cases showed remarkable efficacy). Conclusion External application of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with high-quality nursing can effectively promote the healing of chronic wounds. This method provides an effective solution for the treatment of chronic wounds and has clinical promotion value. (目的 探讨自拟中药方剂外敷治疗慢性伤口的效果, 总结护理体会。方法 选取2024年3月—12月医院收治的32例慢性伤口患者为研究对象。患者多伴有糖尿病、低蛋白血症等基础疾病, 伤口类型以Ⅳ期及不可分期压力性损伤为主。针对患者临床特点, 运用自拟中药方剂外敷创面, 以促进肉芽组织生成和创面愈合; 配合优质护理干预, 包括全身评估、营养支持、健康宣教及专业伤口护理。观察伤口愈合情况。结果 治疗2周后创面肉芽组织覆盖率从(30. 51±5. 45)%提升至(82. 24±3. 20)%, 平均伤口面积从(10. 00±2. 23)cm2缩小至(7. 00±2. 25)cm2, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。治疗4周后评价干预效果, 治愈14例, 显效17例, 总有效率96. 87%。结论 优质护理联合中药外敷可有效促进慢性伤口愈合, 值得临床借鉴推广。)
