TRABALHO INFANTIL: uma expressão da violação dos direitos humanos de crianças e adolescentes

Abstract

This study approaches to child labor as a form of violation of the human rights of children and adolescents. Emphasis is given to elements of the social-historical construction of childhood in societies, as well as the construction of the legal apparatus that recognizes them as subjects of rights as opposed to the situations to which they are subjected while in the condition of victims exploited by work.
