Abstract

Compose the potential of the Cultural Heritage (CH), Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Design in the scenario of the knowledge society outlined in the European Union, shows some trends (open source and open content) that are transforming the construction and the use of cultural projects. Some experiences we are helped to develop and reformulate the project proposals consistent tools, content, resources available.
