Wykorzystanie e-usług - społeczne potrzeby i ograniczenia

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of digital skills in polish society in the light of the latest data and their impact on the development of e-services. First is shown a definition and basic conditions of talking about e-services. Next, attempt to analyze the availability of ICT and digital literacy in society in 2015-2016. In the end, there is devoted to the causes oflack of access to the internet, low digital literacy and digital exclusion. An important component of each of these chapters is a reflection on the state of e-government in Poland.
