ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the ability to teach mathematics in PPL, the effect of microteaching achievement assisted by zoom meetings on the ability to teach mathematics in PPL, and the effect of self-efficacy and achievement of microteaching assisted by zoom meetings on the ability to teach mathematics in PPL. This research is a quasi-experimental research with the type of one group posttest only design. The subjects used were fourth semester students majoring in mathematics education at the University of Civilization. Data collection techniques are tests, questionnaires, and observations. The data analysis in this study is a simple regression test and multiple regression test using the SPSS application. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence between self-efficacy on the ability to teach mathematics in PPL, there is a positive influence between the achievement of microteaching assisted by zoom meetings on the ability to teach mathematics in PPL, and there is a positive influence between self-efficacy and achievement of microteaching assisted by zoom meetings on the ability to teach mathematics. in PPL.
