Human resources management deals with practical issues related to managing employees in the enterprise. Although a relatively young scientific discipline, the resource function plays an important role in every organization. Investing in an employee is one of the basic preconditions for the entrepreneurs for successful business operations of the company by acquiring new knowledge, upgrading the existing ones and developing the skills necessary to perform specific jobs. Information technology has become a profession of the future. It has found its application in all the segments of society, including human resources management. This paper seeks to emphasise the significant HRM strategy with a focus on the use of HRIS software that greatly facilitates job analysis and design, candidate planning, recruitment and selection, and training, development and performance evaluation of employees.
