L’approche de l’excuse dans les manuels de FLE publiés en Roumanie
Abstract
The present study focuses on the French apologize speech approach presented in different study textbooks of the Romanian teaching system. The theoretical approach is based on the Speech Act Theory developed by Austin and Searle and on Kerbrat-Orecchioni verbal interaction studies. While the pragmatic theory has been used intensively in teaching foreign language, the notion of speech act represents a sine qua non condition when learning a foreign language. This is the reason why the research corpus consists of middle school and high school textbooks.
