Nursing of a patient with severe gastroparesis syndrome after gastric cancer surgery treated with scraping-moxibustion therapy (刮灸疗法治疗1例胃癌术后重度胃瘫综合征患者的护理)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with severe gastroparesis syndrome after gastric cancer surgery treated with scraping moxibustion. Nursing assessment on gastroparesis syndrome and mental status of the patient was carried out before treatment. Based on the conventional treatment and nursing, the modified scraping-moxibustion therapy was carried out to relieve the gastroparesis syndrome and patient’s negative emotion, and improve the postoperative quality of life. (本文总结1例刮灸疗法治疗胃癌术后重度胃瘫综合征的护理经验。护理人员开展护理评估, 明确患者胃瘫症状严重程度和心理状态, 在常规护理的基础上, 创新干预方法, 采用刮灸疗法“内病外治”, 有效改善患者胃瘫症状, 缓解了焦虑、抑郁情绪, 提高了生活质量, 值得临床参考应用。)
