Child trafficking for sexual purposes. Comparative analysis of the Ecuadorian and Spanish normative
Abstract
This article presents a comparative analysis of the normative framework in force in Ecuador and Spain regarding child trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation. The objective is to identify similarities and differences that guide the public policies of both countries in the detection, identification and protection of children and adolescents trafficked, in a context in which recently have been identified trafficking connection nodes.
