THE QUALITATIVE CHARACTERISTIC OF PHENOLiC SUBSTANCES IN ADAPTOGENIC REMEDY

Abstract

The basic phenolic compounds of components of the adaptogenic remedy Adaptophyte were identified by using thin layer chromatographic method with corresponding mobile phases that allow to confirm presence herb of Polygonum, aviculare L. (hyperoside), leaves black of Bergenia crassifolia (L.) Fritsch. (rutin, gallic acid), inflorescences of Calendula officinalis L. (narcissin), fruits of Punica granatum. L. (gallic acid, gallotannin) in its composition.
