This study identifies the correlations between girls performing in women’s single figure skating and the age periods at the stage of sports specialization and at the stage of sports perfection and the highest results. In recent years, the technical complexity of figure skating competitive programs has increased significantly. Thus, the requirements for special technical and special physical training have increased, as a large amount of energy resources is spent on the implementation of multi-turn jumps in the competition program. To make skaters competitive, the training process aims at learning triple and quadruple jumps as quickly as possible. Successful skaters complete the learning process of these elements to 12–13 years of age. But as shown by previous competitions and past Olympic games, female athletes show outstanding results and technically complicated programs in the Junior age (13–15 years), and at the initial stage of the adult level (15–16 years), can’t repeat such results after puberty.
