Regional monitoring of the formation of subject competences of teachers in schools with low educational results

The article presents the monitoring of the formation of subject competences of pedagogical workers in schools with low educational results, implemented in the Krasnodar Territory. Monitoring is carried out annually and affects educational subjects at the level of schools, municipality and region. Assessment of the formation of subject competences is carried out according to five indicators: 1) expert assessment of the level of subject competence of a teacher by the municipal community; 2) test assessment of the level of subject competence of the teacher at the Institute of Education Development of the Krasnodar Territory; 3) assessment of the level of subject competence of a teacher based on the results of mastering an additional professional training program or professional retraining at the Institute for the Development of Education during the last year; 4) assessment of the level of the teacher’s subject competence on the basis of a document establishing his qualification category; 5) teaching a subject at an advanced level by a teacher in grades 5-11 over the last two academic years. Based on the monitoring results, targeted recommendations are developed for all subjects participating in it.
