The central idea of this work is to question the development of discursive mechanisms or a manipulation of the judicial images constituted on of subalternized personages. More specifically, it was chosen to bring to the fore the appropriation of a juridical literature that intends to describe the feminine, in the name of to base masculine duties and rights on like women. As interpretations, they then go through the questions about which groups served the specific codices, having a theme of women's history as a background, but not as a main perspective. This means that the focus of this article can be seen with the problematic of conceptions of justice and of the use of judicial statutes of the lower countries by the privileged layer of society and the name of their own interests.
