Obstacles of Using Mobile Learning Applications' among the First Three Grades Teachers' in Irbid City Schools from their Perspectives

The current study aimed to identify the obstacles of using mobile learning applications for teachers of the first three grades in the schools of the city of Irbid from the point of view of teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers prepared a questionnaire that included (48) itemsdistributed over (4) sections. The study sample consisted of (155) teachers from the teachers of the first three grades in the city of Irbid in Jordan. The study has reached several results. The most important of which are: the obstacles to the application of mobile learning in the first three grades came with an "average" grade, as the obstacles related to the teacher ranked the highest among the fields of study, followed by obstacles related to administrative and supervisory factors, then student-related obstacles, and finally obstacles related to school subjects. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is to encourage education departments and schools to teachers to use mobile learning applications in the teaching process. Providing a guide for the teacher to help him in using mobile learning applications, and providing the necessary equipment, tools and materials to enable the teacher to use mobile learning applications.
