HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT IN THE CURRENT RUSSIAN CONTEXT

Abstract

The present state of human capital management (HCM) in Russia is considered in the article. A statistical data is provided. The author examines Russian government policy concerning HCM and describes its methods and tools. The strategies and tactics of HCM are investigated considering a certain select organization.
