One of the important management tasks of the principal in secondary schools is to evaluate the ethical quality, the capabilities and the woking efficiency of the chief specialists. This assessment activity will help the principal to grasp the real situation of the chief specialists, from which to adjust the appropriate personnel plan. From the professional personality model of the chief specialists of secondary school, the criteria for assessing their professional competence have been built.
