HUBUNGAN UMUR, PENDIDIKAN DAN PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA DENGAN UPAYA MEMPERSIAPKAN MASA PUBERTAS PADA REMAJA DI RT 48 KELURAHAN 3-4 ULU KECAMATAN SEBERANG ULU I PALEMBANGTAHUN 2018
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pubertas adalah proses kematangan dan pertumbuhan yang terjadi ketika organ-organ reproduksi mulai berfungsi dan karakteristik seks sekunder mulai muncul. Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan antara umur, pendidikan dan pengetahuan ibu tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja dengan upaya mempersiapkan masa pubertas pada remaja di RT 48 Kelurahan 3-4 Ulu Kecamatan Seberang Ulu I Palembang tahun 2017. Metode penelitian: survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non random sampling terhadap sampel yang diambil ibu yang mempunyai anak remaja baik putra maupun putri dengan populasi sebanyak 111 kepala keluarga dan sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Hasil penelitan: pada variabel umur didapatkan hubungan antara umur dengan upaya mempersiapkan masa pubertas pada anak dengan hasil p-value 0,030 < α 0,05. Pada variabel pendidikan ibu, p-value 0,014 < α 0,05 juga didapatkan hasil berhubungan. Sedangkan pada variabel pengetahuan, juga didapatkan hasil berhubungan dengan upaya memeprsiapkan masa pubertas pada anak dengan p-value 0,002 < α 0,05. Saran: agar petugas kesehatan terutama bidan lebih banyak memberikan penyuluhan atau konseling secara terbuka kepada setiap ibu-ibu yang datang ke posyandu di RT 48 Kelurahan 3-4 Ulu Kecamatan Seberang Ulu I sehingga mendapatkan informasi mengenai manfaat dan pentingnya upaya dalam mempersiapkan masa pubertas pada anak. Background Puberty is a process of maturity and growth that occurs when the reproductive organs begin to function and secondary sex characteristics begin to emerge. Data obtained from RT 48 Kelurahan 3-4 Ulu District Seberang Ulu I Palembang City, in 2017 from 111 head of family from january-october number of adolescents as much as 32 soul. This research this study aims to determine the relationship between age, education and knowledge of mothers about adolescent reproduction health with efforts to prepare for puberty in adolescents in RT 48 Kelurahan 3-4 Ulu District Seberang Ulu I Palembang in 2017. This research is an analytic survey research with Cross Sectional approach. Research methods Sampling was done by non random sampling technique to the samples taken by mothers who have teenagers both sons and daughters with a population of 111 heads of households and a sample of 32 respondents.In the age variables found the relationship between age with efforts to prepare for puberty in children with p-value 0,030 < α 0,05. In maternal education variable, p-value 0,014 <α 0,05 also got related result. While on the variable of knowledge, also got result relate to effort memeprsiapkan puberty in child with p-value 0,002 <α 0,05. It is recommended that health workers, especially midwives, give more counseling or counseling to every mother who comes to posyandu in RT 48 3-4 Ulu Sub District of Seberang Ulu I Sub district so get information about the benefits and importance of effort in preparing puberty for children.
