Feminist discourse and its effects on postmodernn society.

The article demonstrates the strength of the discourse of equality between men and women in post-modern society, and how your influence sociodinâmica, causing pressures that led to the historic peak occurs when the Supreme Court applies in practice the principles of equality, self-determination and the right to happiness, equaling the stable same-sex Union. We studied the changes caused by speeches that begin with the women's movement in the late 19th century until the trial of the extraordinary appeal No. 477,554, on 16 August 2011. Through discourse analysis methodology and a historical study of feminist discourse, unveiling its nuances to the history, the article aims at demonstrating that the idea of equality between the sexes gained social relevance, being currently applied to any individual of minority groups.
