De la capitalisation des expériences au sein des organisations de l’aide internationale

Abstract

This paper discusses experience systematization within international aid organizations. It is mainly based on the collection of the standpoints of professionals in charge of this systematization. It presents the stakes of this new profession that aims at improving project management practices as well as the governance of aid organizations. It shows that systematization also disrupts the operational logic and hierarchical relationships within these organizations, and it describes professionals’ know-how to deal with these stakes.
