THE ORGANIZATION OF INTERACTION IN THE SYSTEM «HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION - GRADUATE - EMPLOYER - STATE» EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG SPECIALISTS

Abstract

The interaction of educational institutions, employers, state and public employment services, which depend on the employment of graduates of higher educational institutions is carried out with low efficiency. This paper analyzes the problem of employment of young specialists and concluded that the system of employment assistance consists offour basic interacting parties. The maximum influence on the labour activity of young people have elements of the system «University - graduate - employer - state.» Based on the analysis of activities of all stakeholders in the implementation of the graduates obtained professional knowledge and skills proposes measures for their effective interaction.
