In addition to the deep global economic recession, entrepreneurs are currently facing many challenges due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19, which has increased the rate of unemployment in Ecuador. According to the report of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor in the region, Ecuador is the country with the highest rates of entrepreneurship, however, entrepreneurs fail on average three years after starting their businesses. One important reason could be the lack of technical knowledge in business management and entrepreneurship. This research aims to support the technical viability of establishing a company for offering Business Management and Entrepreneurship training to people who wish to start a business in the city of Riobamba. The qualitative research techniques used allowed us to identify the training needs of the entrepreneurs. The results showed a favorable environment that was sustained by means of strategic analysis and the use of the CANVAS model. At the end of the investigation, the economic and financial analyses were positive, which proves the viability of establishing such a company.
