In day-to-day clinical practice, orthodontists face great challenges in the management of mild-to-moderate Class II malocclusion. Myofunctional appliances are usually used for Class II malocclusion correction having a mandibular deficiency in the growing phase. The fixed functional appliances evolved due to noncompliance of myofunctional and excellent results were achieved due to less patient cooperation in such cases. PowerScope, also called “noncompliance Class II correctors,” is the one innovation for such cases. Its one-size-fits-all design; offers the advantage of easy chairside installation, shortens the duration of treatment, gives predictable results, and is used in noncompliant patients. These case reports showed how PowerScope is efficient for correcting Class II division 1 malocclusion having a mandibular deficiency. Successful and stable results were achieved with improvement in mandible advancement, esthetic appearance, and facial profile.
