Improving the efficiency of endodontic treatment of patients with arterial hypertension taking into account the functional state of the sympathetic-adrenal system

Abstract

For the quality of endodontic treatment of patients with arterial hypertension it is necessary to know well an etiology of occurrence of a inflammatory lesions of the pulp and periapical tissues, and also to be able to perform adequate chemomechanical preparation . It should also consider the characteristics of the patients with elevated blood pressure. This article is a review of domestic and foreign literature . The peculiarities of management the patient with arterial hypertension are pointed out. The main goals of endodontic treatment are discovered.
