REGARDING THE QUESTION ABOUT EVALUATION OF THE INFLUENCE FACTORS IN IMPLEMENTATION SYSTEM OF THE AVIATION SEARCH AND RESCUE OPERATIONS SYSTEM

Abstract

There is considered and justified the mechanism of estimating the influenceof various factors on the state of the system functioning for the implementationaviation search and rescue operations (ASRO). The possibility of determining effectivemeasures for the optimal solution selection of the tasks organization and execution regardingthe search and rescue of objects that suffer or have suffered from disaster is explored.Based on the results of the study, the calculation model is formed to predict theproper operation probability of the ASRO system, as well as the calculation and analysisof the required performance indicator during its operation both in the daily routine andin the case of an incident with an aircraft or other emergency situations.
