CHANGING CONTEMPORARY STUDENT’S PARTIN A LANGUAGE ACQUIRING PROCESS AS THE TEACHER-LEADER’S ACTIVITY OUTCOME
Abstract
Purpose. In the article, definite kinds of learning organization feedback are to be considered. In addition, the cyclic feedback influence is to be analyzed as well as its part in student’s ability to continue learning a foreign language independentlyin the future. Method and methodology. The main theoretical and methodological base of the research is the scientific works ofdomestic and foreign scholars on theissues of foreign languages acquiring. Also, general scientific methods of research are used, such asthe analysis of feedback types abstraction as well as a number of basic elements of a teacher-leader concept; an element-by-element analysis of modern types of mastering foreign languages, the synthesis of theoretical results obtained in a general picture that unites the thesis of a teacher-leader with the idea of a learning organization and the concept of a cyclic feedback. Results. The application of the principles of a teacher-leader activity allows to substantiate the change of a modern student’s role, reveal the principles of alearning organization and the features of a resonant leader, made it possible to outline the prospects for applying the concept of a teacher-leader to the process of mastering a foreign language in the modern world. Practical implication. The obtained results can be used in aforeign language teaching to reduce the affection filter and improve the effectiveness of teaching, moreover to design a strategy for self-mastering a language using immersion methods, in developing student capabilities such as responsibility, independence and creativity.
