Inégalités écologiques et utilisation du sol : situation de la région Nord-Pas de Calais

Abstract

The ecological inequalities bring to question their definition and their observation. From the particular situation of the Nord-Pas de Calais, the ecological inequalities are investigated by a series of indicators relating to the land use. The analysis is focused mainly on the evolution of natural spaces, their origins and their evolutions during the years 1990. This example illustrates the complexity of evaluation of the ecological inequalities, in a context where the effects of the environmental policies and land planning intersect.
