Abstract

This article is devoted to development of additional professional education in competitive environment not only between public universities, but also between commercial organizations. In the article has been reviewed approaches to creation and realization strategies of additional professional education programs development in innovative university. Also there are recommendations on how to adopt products to the market of educational services.
