Transverse Testicular Ectopia which is also known as Cross Testicular Ectopia, is a rare congenital anomaly of undescended testes, that occurs 1 in 4 million. Although the etiology is not accurately understood, but it is classified into 3 types and can be associated with other congenital anomalies such as persistent Mullerian ducts, hypospadias, hernia and etc. here we report a case of this rare anomaly in a 16 months old Afghan child, who underwent bilateral orchidopexy using trans scrotal median raphe incision with 3 months post-operative follow up.
