This study aims to determine the relationship between the values of the members of political parties and their organisational identification levels, and their voice behaviours in the organization. In line with the aim of the study, an electronic survey was conducted in the political parties in Edirne. The data gathered from 214 questionnaires in the scope of the research were analysed by using SPSS and AMOS programmes. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed to determine the relationship between the values and organisational identification, and voice behaviour. As a result of the analyses, it was determined that the values did not significantly affect organisational identification and voice behaviour. However, there is a significant relationship between organisational identification and voice behaviour in political parties. The more the level of identification in political party organisations increases, the more the people exhibit vocal behaviour. In addition, it was ascertained that voice behaviour has a positive effect on organisational identification.
