AN OVERVIEW OF THE NEW REGULATIONS ON CIRCULATION OF NARCOTIC DRUGS, PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES AND THEIR PRECURSORS

Abstract

Presents an overview of regulations on circulation of narcotic and psychotropic substances, which entered into force in 2015. The analysis of each instrument and particularly deployed, explained the fundamental differences from previous editions. A significant simplification of the rules of circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs, as well as the paperwork associated with prescribing this group of drugs and logging.
