Observance of envy in sovereign responsibilities

Abstract

Each government has responsibilities that officials must adhere to in the highest interests of the country and the people. Upon understanding the necessity of envy in governing responsibilities and its legal and jurisprudential status, its legal and jurisprudential status can be clarified. This awareness provides order, security, and prosperity in society. To achieve this, we should answer these questions in this case: What do "expediency" and "governance responsibilities" mean? What is the shari'a ruling on "observance of envy by officials"? What points should be considered in the analysis of "observance of envy in responsibility"? etc. The research method involves verifying generalities and reviewing theories and analysis. And it is interdisciplinary. As a result, the necessity of observing envy in responsibility and paying attention to key indicators that include: justice, security, law, and duty, in a special sense is the requirement of proper management, and examples of the observance of envy in responsibility will be explained. The four proofs (four arguments: the Qur'an, tradition, reason, and consensus) also confirm these principles.
