One of the main reasons of technical redevelopment of the 1995 French programs was visiting "The ICT and educational multimedia, which eventually will disrupt the teaching / learning methods. Now, these media have become more numerous and varied since then. The literature too has been overwhelmed by these media, so much so that the study of this phenomenon has imposed itself.
