RESOURCES OF NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND VOLUNTEER ASSOCIATIONS IN THE SOCIALIZATION OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES

Abstract

The paper presents an innovative approach to the use of resources of nonprofit organizations and volunteer associations in the task to promote social and professional self-determination and social adjustment, and to improve the quality of life for children with disabilities.It describes the organizational conditions, the directions of their activities in implementing forms, methods, content of career guidance and training of high school students to integrate into the society. Experience of the project showed its effectiveness and is promising not only for socialization such children, but also for professional and civic development of students.
