Since the Modern Age, various human rights have been recognized, forming an open catalog, that seems to have forgotten others. Rights that, for anyone who identifies with the values and principles of the discourse of rights, are undoubtedly human rights. However, these rights do not appear in the declarations or guarantee instruments. This article deals with these rights: the self-evident rights.
