Ripensare i “bienni rossi” del Novecento? Linguaggio e parole della politica
Abstract
After a review of the different interpretations given by historiography to the biennium 1919-1920 and their close link to politics as well as after a short summary of the interpretations of the biennium 1968-1969, the article presents a radiography of Italian socialism in the first biennio rosso – observing the central role played by maximalism – and discusses a new interpretive proposal, which, starting from a reinterpretation both of the political debate and the analysis of texts, gives centrality to the study of political language and words of politics. The last part of the text is dedicated to one of these keywords – Party –, as a first, albeit partial, explanation of this interpretation.
