In the course of our respective research, we chose to meet young people who have many difficulties in communicating, in mobilizing their memories, or in affirming their own choices and points of view. As actors with little or no involvement, we felt it was essential to design our methodology with a particular focus on "taking care" of the relationship to avoid misunderstandings (Gagnon et al, 2019; Janner-Raimondi & Trouvé, 2018), but also to consider their singularity. The choice of the biographical narrative interview (Delory-Momberger, 2015) particularly reexamines the values, postures and ethics of the researcher at the time of the design of his or her methodology but also during the process in order to create a safe and secure framework. We will question the role, posture and attributions of the researcher in such circumstances, allowing the interviewee to "keep his or her face" (Goffman, 1967).
