The objective of the current research is to identify the reality of training  in the development of voluntary work in schools in its three dimensions (knowledge related to voluntary work, community orientation, community decision-making skills) among primary school students. The two researchers used the descriptive approach. A questionnaire was prepared by them on a sample of (40) counselors in primary schools in the second Karkh education in Baghdad governorate. In light of the application of the research tool and processing the results of the application statistically, Obstacles to training on volunteer work The students' lack of awareness of the concept of volunteering and the lack of institutions supporting voluntary work programs and its importance and low rate of economic income of members of the community and the absence of the role of the media in relation to volunteer work.
