Abstract

The justification of national oil refineries economics optimization is provided. Main factors of economic efficiency of oil refineries are analyzed. Description of various configurations of oil refineries is given. Reasons for necessity of long-term planning of production program are allocated. The groundwork of research in field of development of methodological recommendations for long-term development planning for national oil companies.
